Abbie has been with Coventry Building Society for over 12 years, starting her journey there in July 2023. Her roles have included Senior MI & Data Governance Manager and MI & Data Practice Manager, where she developed key skills in areas like analytical skills, communication, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, coaching, and leadership.
