Key responsibilities:

  • Qualifying candidates and identifying most placeable candidates
  • Delivering on live jobs and filling positions!
  • Lead generation
  • Business Development; identifying potential new clients and winning new business through; cold calls, emails, messages, and LinkedIn.
  • Pitching to both clients and candidates
  • Candidate attraction through adverts and communication channels
  • Negotiating terms of business
  • Candidate and client management
  • Closing candidates and clients
  • Account development; keeping in touch with existing clients through warm calls.
