Role Overview:
An exceptional Service Delivery Director is sought to lead and grow a team of 25-30 people, with plans to expand to 50 by the end of the year. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant progression opportunities as the team scales rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of 25-30, with plans to grow to 50 by year-end.
  • Oversee the delivery of interactive programmes, ensuring high-quality and impactful experiences.
  • Work closely with the CEO to bring new ideas and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
  • Implement pragmatic and process-driven strategies to optimise team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with specialist partners to continuously improve content to meet industry challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with an impressive portfolio of well-known clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a service delivery or training environment.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and get the best out of the team.
  • Pragmatic and process-driven approach to problem-solving and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment, with some presence in the Manchester office.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the forefront.
