We have a fantastic opportunity as a Remote Senior Front End Developer to join an IT Services company, who are fantastic to work for, with an excellent track record of internal promotion.

The role will utilise a great tech stack, such as PHP, Laravel, Javascript, HTML and CSS amongst others and you’ll be working on the maintenance of the Company’s ecommerce system.
What you’ll be getting up to

• Taking business requirements and implementing solutions
• Identifying areas for improvement in existing solutions and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient and secure code
• Deploying code and manging Agile development tools
• Maintaining and upgrading platforms
• Working closely with other developers, IT, designers, and the wider marketing team
• Assisting the department with any additional activities that may be reasonably expected of a Web Developer

What you can bring to the role

• Solid understanding of the latest HTML & CSS best practises
• PHP and MVC frameworks (Laravel/Symfony)
• Experienced in JavaScript (React or similar)
• Experience with SQL (MySQL)
• Understanding of Git version control system
• Agile Development Methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan effectively to ensure deadlines are met and share feedback to stakeholders.
• Forge and maintain excellent working relationships with partners and colleagues alike.
