IT Service Delivery Manager

Brand new opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of the regional service delivery function to ensure technology is driven to the highest standards across the business. 

With a turnover in the multi-millions, the business is going from strength to strength and have a strong national presence. 

You will work with not only the internal Technology team but with key stakeholders and end users within the business to deliver an efficient and expected level of service at all times whilst always seeking continuous improvement opportunities.

You will also work closely with external support partners to ensure there is a key technical link from the business to these partners to ensure service levels are maintained managed effectively to the highest level.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Ensure that Problems and Incidents are managed effectively, and that SLA’s are achieved.
  • Ensures IT delivers against agreed commitments, maintain high standards and ensure services are cost effective.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance IT services, working closely with the business and
    the Technology team.
  • Drive continual process improvements to achieve business goals and maximise customer service satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements,

You will be working with the business up and down the country so their will be national travel with car allowance as part of the package.
