We have an exciting new opportunity as a CRM Analyst to join an award-winning, established retailer, who are leaders in their market.

The role is a hybrid one, with a once-a-month minimum office requirement in either London or Stockport.

What you’ll be getting up to

  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive the customer communications to improve customer experience, build loyalty and improve business performance
  • Liaise closely with the Pets and Vets teams and others, committing to timely delivery of customer selections to fulfil the customer journey from a marketing perspective
  • Design and develop customer selections, seeking to understand, shape and meet our business and customer objectives
  • Produce bespoke analysis to inform, shape and optimise customer campaigns presenting clear recommendations

What you can bring to the role

  • A background of using campaign management tools (such as Salesforce, Unica, Oracle, etc.) to develop and deliver campaign analysis and advice
  • A strong analytical curiosity in order to understand customer behaviour and present findings back to the business tailoring to your audience needs
  • Proven experience of using SQL for campaign selection / analytics
  • The ability to build and nurture strong relationships, taking responsibility and knowing when to ask for support
  • An understanding of governance and best practice
  • A high level of attention to detail, and drive to deliver to a high standard
  • Personal organisational skills
