Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives. Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. Translate data-driven findings into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformative initiatives.
- Data Architecture and Infrastructure: Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable data architecture and infrastructure, enabling efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
- Talent Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data team. Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives, preferably as a Chief Data Officer or in a similar executive role.
- Deep understanding of data management, analytics, governance, and emerging technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive change.
- Advanced degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
