Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will do this by working closely with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and analyse data, ensuring you are getting the most value from it.

–  Data Analysis: Analysing healthcare data to identify patterns and trends  – Solution Design: Translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and collaborating with IT teams to design effective solutions.
– Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline healthcare processes and improve efficiency.
– Project Management: Managing and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
– Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, and solutions.
– Communication: Effectively communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

·      Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·      Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
·      Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
